The Department of Business Administration started education in 2009 as one of the first departments of our faculty to admit students and offers a 4-year (8 semesters) program to its students. In the 4-year period, there are compulsory and elective courses covering the subjects of Management and Organization, Accounting and Finance, Production Management and Marketing, Quantitative Methods and Commercial Law, which are theoretical and applied. Students who successfully graduate from the department are awarded a Bachelor's degree.
The main objective of the Department of Business Administration is to train future leaders who can keep up with the rapid changes in the business world in the light of science and technology, equipped with entrepreneurial and managerial knowledge and skills, have social and ethical values. In this context, the department offers an educational and working environment that supports an effective communication system with academic and administrative staff and students, where scientific knowledge production and transfer at international standards is realized.
Students who graduate from the department can apply for master's and doctoral degrees in the Department of Business Administration or other disciplines that accept students from this field. Graduates of the department also have the opportunity to work as academicians in higher education institutions, inspectors, account specialists, controllers, bankers, auditors, financial advisors, financial consultants, marketing officers / managers, customer relations department managers, sales representatives, production planners, human resources specialists, managers, management consultants, etc. in public and private sector organizations.
