The Department of Business Administration consists of the departments of accounting and finance; quantitative methods; commercial law; production management and marketing; management and organization. These fields are sub-fields that constitute the functioning of businesses, which are the building blocks of the economy. In our department, students are first given the basic courses of these fields and an infrastructure is provided in order to qualify them as business managers. Our students try to specialize in a specific area of the business administration department through elective courses by determining their areas of interest over time. In addition to providing theoretical knowledge, the courses in the department are carried out through case studies, discussions and group work. The aim is to benefit the society by raising well-equipped, analytical and critical thinkers, communication skills, ethical business managers and intellectual individuals. Our students gain these qualities with the guidance of visionary, qualified, self-improving and committed academicians who teach in our department.
Graduates of the Department of Business Administration can find various job opportunities in almost every field in the private and public sector. Graduates of the Department of Business Administration, who are generally employed in “white-collar” jobs in businesses, work with different titles such as entrepreneur, organizer, banker, auditor, auditor, inspector, expert, consultant. In order for our students to take their place in business life with these and similar respected titles, they need to add value to themselves as much as the education and training they will receive.
Our students have the opportunity to receive more than one diploma/certificate with double major and minor opportunities within our university, and they can also have the opportunity to study or intern abroad through the Erasmus program.
In addition to the undergraduate program, our department offers master's and doctoral education with its qualified staff and offers opportunities to candidates who want to improve themselves and take part in academic life.
